About Kathy Cleveland Bull
Kathy Cleveland Bull is a highly sought-after professional speaker, consultant, and coach. Her first company, N~Compass Consulting launched in 2001, helps organizations on four continents “Navigate the Art and Science of Change.” N~Compass Coaching, her sister company, works with individual coaching clients to help them learn, grow and change. In addition to her coaching practice, Kathy conducts personal and professional development keynotes, seminars and retreats for Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions, government agencies, and not-for-profit organizations. Her previous clients include such diverse organizations as NASA, Pfizer, The US Department of Defense, Nationwide Insurance, Ernst and Young, the Social Security Administration, the US Navy and more than 50 colleges and universities in the US and Canada. Kathy was one of just three professional speakers recommended by Dr. Spencer Johnson to provide keynotes and training seminars based upon his international bestseller, Who Moved My Cheese? She worked exclusively with Dr. Johnson to develop the training materials and has trained more than 350,000 people around the world to successfully manage change in their work and life using the “cheese” metaphor. Prior to forming her own speaking and consulting firm, Kathy was Director of Training and Organizational Development and Director of Student Life at The Ohio State University. Over a 17-year career in higher education, Kathy held leadership positions at Bowling Green State University, North Carolina State University, and Ohio State. To give her clients the insights and tools they need to adapt to change successfully, Kathy draws on her professional experience in higher education and 23 years managing her own firms. She also learns lessons in navigating change at home - having been married for 38 years (to the same person!) and raising two “nearly launched” daughters.

Who I Help
How I Do It
What's in It for You
I work with motivated clients who are looking to actively address ways to enhance the quality of their lives so they can flourish in all domains of life. We consider habits, behaviors and mindset and how these impact quality of life.
Taking more of a therapeutic approach, I serve as a thinking partner to my clients. "Most people have their answers inside of them but they need a guide so they can hear themselves figure it out." (Lori Gottlieb)
That's my belief and that's my approach.
You can expect an atmosphere of hospitality that invites you to bring your full self to our coaching engagement. In this way even parts that have been previously disavowed can come to the table. We will see what they need to show us. You can expect my 100% dedication to your growth. And I will expect you to show up 100% for your own life.
