Prior to forming her speaking and consulting business in 2001, Kathy was director of training and

development and worked in leadership development at The Ohio State University and North Carolina State University. She has developed expertise in the fields of human development and leadership development, and has served in various leadership roles in higher education, helping managers to level up from boss to coach, training staff, and designing and teaching leadership courses.
